Quiet Moment

The image is from 18th century Japanese woodcuts. Bordered with patterns from chiyogami paper, the completed images are ink-transferred onto a bamboo tile. Tube beads, hand-rolled from metallic paper, are added to the top and bottom. Each piece is wired together and a little bead dangle is added for movement. Handsigned by the artist on the natural bamboo back. The piece is triple-coated with UV resistant sealer for moisture resistance and durability. Pendants are strung on a 17" black cotton cord with a sterling spring ring clasp. Call or email for a different length.
