Nicky Painter
Nicky Painter has traveled extensively throughout the globe seeking inspiration for her art. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, her designs evolved to an embodiment of the diversification found in this picturesque cultural center.
Her early career began with custom furnishings and murals. Later, she expanded by producing customized glassware designs catering to the specific markets of the California wine growers and coastal communities. Using a paint made especially for glass, Nicky paints on the reverse side of sturdy glass plates, bowls and stemware. With simple hand-washing, they will keep looking wonderful for many years.
Currently, her use of bold contemporary designs with vibrant color and metallics are particularly suited to contemporary home décor.
